Ryder Cup is a biannual golf competition between teams from Europe and the United States. The PGA of America and the PGA European Tour jointly administer the competition. The venue alternates between a location in the United States and Europe each year.
- Planned and executed the Captain’s Challenge golf outing for the week of the 2012 Ryder Cup.
- The 2012 Captain’s Challenge hosted by Rich Harvest Farms in Sugar Grove, Illinois featured 96 players and 12 past Ryder Cup Captains. This event is always held the week of the Ryder Cup. The event raises over $300,000 which is shared between the PGA Foundation and the Kids Golf Foundation.
- Organized participant information, gift packages, uniforms, and handicap information and team pairings.
- Directed receptions, caterers, accommodations, operations, ticket sales and gifts for each participant.
- Produced information packages, reception tickets, visual aids, and silent auction presentation for event.
- During the week of the Ryder Cup: managed a viewing suite on the 16th hole of the tournament course. The suite accommodated 100 paying guests, 3 volunteers, 1 intern and 1 security guard. This position was responsible for managing all workers while ensuring quality service and attendee satisfaction.

- Assisted Tournament Director with coordinating all Monday Corporate outings. Corporate clients include, but are not limited to Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Chicago Blackhawks Alumni Association and Country Shrine each averaging 200 players. Some events total over 300 players and these outings generate over $2 million dollars in revenue for Medinah Country Club annually.
- Created and coordinated final bills for gift packages for Monday Corporate outings.
- Assisted with the coordinating of The Medinah Classic, including member registration, gate gift sales and member guest information gathering. The Medinah Classic is one of the largest member-guest events in the country with 360 players, which accounts for $250,000 in revenue.
- Involved with daily operations including daily play, advanced tee times, merchandise sales, special events, opening/closing procedures, working with the Point of Sales system and customer service practices.
- Created corporate catalogs for Monday Corporate outings.
- Worked with the merchandising and sales in the golf shop. The Medinah golf shop is one of the top golf shops in the country doing over $2.1 million in revenue in 2011.
